We will be honouring all cancelled appointments first, due to the pandemic. We will contact you to arrange a new time.
Procedures for Grooming Customers:
We are doing our best to ensure physical distancing by staggering our drop off and pick up times.
Please arrive as close to your drop off time as possible. Refrain from entering the store more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are more than five minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will be charged.
We are encouraging our customers to wear masks but NOT gloves into our store. There will be hand sanitizer available.
When you enter the store please wait just inside the door until you are greeted, then follow the directional arrows toward the grooming salon.
If possible, please bring your dog in with a clip style collar and on a 6 ft leash. When you arrive we will place a slip lead on your dog and have you remove the collar and leash and take it with you. The same procedure will be done in reverse when you arrive for pick up.
Please do not come to pick up your dog earlier than the time given by the groomer. If you would like to check on your dog’s progress you may call the store. You may be given an exact time to come back or we may call you when we’re done. Please try to arrive as close as possible to your given pick up time to ensure physical distancing.
We are taking precautions in every part of our store to ensure the safety of our staff and customers as well as our pets. Please follow our protocols to help us do this. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are very much looking forward to getting back to normal, even if “normal” looks a little different right now.
